What happens if my order is canceled or not approved?
If your card transaction isn’t approved, your order will be automatically canceled, and no payment will be processed. An order confirmation email will be sent once your transaction is approved.
Is there a cancellation period for orders?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to go through our return process if you wish to return the product after shipment.
